Hengli starts up new PP unit, other plants on way for 2020.

Petrotahlil - Hengli Petrochemical is planning to start up its new cracker and a downstream PE unit in China by early next year, a source close to the company reported.

The source stated that the company’s new cracker and 400,000 tons/year HDPE unit have been still under construction while trial production has recently started at the new 430,000 tons/year PP unit.
