June benzene contract settles in Europe

Petrotahlil:According to market sources, June benzene contract has settled down in Europe following four months of hikes. The new settlement stood at €602/ton ($672/ton with the recent parity) FD NWE, down €78/ton ($87/ton) when compared to May.

Spot benzene prices were last reported at around $675/ton (€605/ton) CIF NWE, down $75/ton (€67/ton) from the beginning of the month.
