Petrotahlil (Tehran)-News sources report about the smuggling PVC cargos delivery on chazabeh border by rate of 102 thousands IRR /Kg. this is while today  stocks of Arvand & BIPC has offered around 101-102 thousands IRR /Kg in Iran market .producer's offer rate for exporting PVC to Iraq is 840$/mt which is not accepted by Iraqi importers. Smuggling cargoes to Afghanistan and Iraq are said to have intensified even PVC producer's tender by rate of 780$/ mt has no customer. so Iran PVC market still is followed serious stagnant.
